Cultural leaders (60 plus) from Buganda Kingdom holding Oprah certificates they too benefited from Opra adult e-skills programme. Their vision was to start a cultural newsletter, and processing cultural related books. Their dreams came true when they produced their first newsletter at the end of 2008.
